REVOCATION


When making a purchase in our online shop, you have the option of cancelling the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons. The deadline is fulfilled if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Please start the returning process first and send the product back to us in the original shipping packaging or in an equally damage-proof packaging. This ensures that the original packaging of the product is not damaged. All parts belonging to the product must be included. After checking the goods, we will reimburse you the amount using the payment method you selected when you placed your order.

COMPLAINT


Our Relaxound Boxes are manufactured under the highest quality standards. Should an error creep in anyway, we will exchange the device immediately. 

We offer a 5-year guarantee against material and manufacturing defects for every Relaxound Box. The only exceptions are cases in which our product is used improperly. This is the case, for example, if the Relaxound Box is exposed to heavy rain or falls down.
