    DELIVERY TIME

    Germany 
    The delivery usually takes place within 3 to 5 working days.
    European Union (EU) 
    The delivery usually takes place within 5 to 10 working days.
    Outside the EU 
    Delivery times vary depending on the country. Please contact our customer service for more information.

    REVOCATION

    You have the option of canceling the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Please use our returns portal.

    PAYMENT METHODS

    We offer the following secure payment methods: PayPal, direct debit and payment by credit card (VISA and Mastercard).
    We use PayPal PLUS as a financial partner. However, no PayPal account is required for payment by direct debit or credit card.

    PayPal
    When paying with PayPal, you have to log in with your PayPal account details and confirm the payment. Within a few minutes your payment will be recorded in our system and the order will be released for further processing. The invoice amount will be collected immediately after receipt of the order.

    Direct debit
     By confirming the payment order, you give PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal then asks its bank for a payment transaction and your account will be debited.

    Credit card
     When paying by credit card, your card will be charged immediately after legitimation.
